1. About CRPS
CRPS is a financial web application designed to help Individuals, small businesses, and Corporate users manage cash resources and liquidity more effectively for periods they choose to monitor.

CRPS aims to provide useful reporting and management benefits beyond traditional spreadsheet-based cash forecasting methods.

Access to CRPS requires the purchase of the relevant digital license(s) for each intended user.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the information you provide to us. We also take reasonable steps to safeguard personal and financial data stored through CRPS.

At the same time, you acknowledge that no internet-based system or server environment can guarantee absolute security at all times.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CRPS.
If you believe that minors have been created as users without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian, please contact us and we will review the matter and take appropriate steps.

4. Information we collect
As you use CRPS, we may collect certain information from you.

You own all data entered into our database.

● provide you with access to CRPS;

● generate reports and outputs requested through the Application;

At any time, you may opt out of non-essential informational or marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided. However, we may still send essential service or account-related communications.
 

7. Accuracy of reports
We take reasonable care to ensure that the reports generated by the App accurately reflect the data you have entered into our system.

However, we do not guarantee that all outputs, reports, forecasts, or generated results will always be fully accurate, complete, or free from error.

If you believe a report is incorrect or generated in error, please notify us. We will investigate and, if appropriate, correct any mistake within a reasonable time.

8. Third-party platforms, sites, applications, and links
We do not generally provide links to unrelated third-party software through CRPS.

The principal third-party platforms you may interact with through or in connection with CRPS are:
● a Payment Gateway, for payment of license fees;
● Tax Filing platforms, where applicable in your country; and
● Tax Payment platforms, where applicable in your country

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, and security practices.

We encourage you to review them before using those services.

9. Payment gateway
To purchase licenses for CRPS, you may be required to provide payment-related information to a payment gateway provider.

The payment gateway processes and verifies your information in order to collect payment on our behalf.

That payment gateway provider is not permitted by us to store, retain, or use billing information except as necessary for payment processing and related activities.

10. Tax filing and tax payment
If tax filing or tax payment functions are provided in connection with your purchase of licenses, you may be required to provide relevant information needed for those purposes.

The tax management platform and/or payment gateway platform involved in such processing may send you relevant confirmations, notices, or receipts relating to filing or payment made to the tax authorities in your country.

11. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose your information in the following situations:

11.1 Compelled disclosure
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by:
● court order;
● legal process;
● government authority; or
● another lawful request that legally requires or authorizes such disclosure

You may delete non-mandatory information from your profile through the Application, where such functionality is available.

To help ensure the safety of your data, we store data using reputable web server infrastructure, including AWS-based hosting.

We use username and password controls and take reasonable measures designed to protect access to your personal and financial information.

However :
● we are not responsible for data breaches or technical faults caused by server providers, server management organizations, internet infrastructure, or other third-party systems;
● we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
● you are responsible for maintaining sufficient backups of important data and reports.

You are also responsible for protecting your own devices, passwords, phone, and computer systems.

We strongly recommend :

● signing out after use, especially on shared computers;
● choosing a strong password;
● keeping login credentials private
