These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cash Resources Planning Solution web application (“CRPS”, “Application”, “App”, or “SaaS Web App”), operated by Reliable International Business LLC, P. O. Box 3214, Postal Code 112, Ruwi, Oman (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing a license, accessing, or using CRPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use CRPS.

1. What CRPS provides
Depending on the licenses you purchase, CRPS may provide you with access to our cash flow forecasting web application and related services.

Your subscription may include :
● Access to CRPS features according to the license type purchased
● Assistance and training support via chat, email, and video, where needed
● Email updates to help you better understand CRPS
● Notifications about feature improvements, enhancements, and version updates

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CRPS.

If you are using CRPS on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Licenses and right to access the App
Your right to access and use CRPS is subject to :
● the licenses you purchase;
● your compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and
● payment of the applicable subscription fees

Access to CRPS is granted only for your lawful internal use in accordance with the license purchased.

We have applied for a patent and hope that this will be granted in due course. Until then, and at all times thereafter, all intellectual property rights in CRPS, including the software, design, structure, and related materials, remain our property or the property of our licensors.

Except for the limited right to use CRPS in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Subscription term and renewal
All subscription plans, whether for Corporate Licenses or Individual Licenses, are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation, unless otherwise expressly stated by us in writing.

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed.

However, we may send you a reminder email beginning approximately 30 days before the expiry of your license(s), so that you may renew if you wish.

5. Charges and payment
Subscription charges are billed annually.

There is no setup fee or implementation fee.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, whether or not you fully use the Application during the subscription period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

6. User account and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other access credentials used to access CRPS.

You agree to :
● provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;
● keep your account information updated;
● use reasonable care to protect your credentials; and
● notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access, theft, loss, or misuse of your credentials

If you share your login credentials with any other person, we will treat all activity under those credentials as activity carried out by you or with your authorization.

In the event of theft, loss of credentials, or any security breach relating to your CRPS account, you must notify us as soon as possible by email at info@crp.cash.

7. Data security

CRPS stores data on AWS servers.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data and account access. However, you acknowledge and agree that no online platform, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly :
● we do not guarantee absolute security of data during transmission or storage;
● we are not responsible for any breach, interruption, loss, or unauthorized access caused by third-party infrastructure, hosting environments, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control; and
● you remain responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of any important data, reports, or outputs

8. User responsibilities
You agree to use CRPS responsibly and lawfully.

You must not :
● use CRPS in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
● attempt to gain unauthorized access to CRPS, its systems, or data belonging to others;
● interfere with the operation, security, or availability of CRPS;
● upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses;
● copy, reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the Application except as permitted by law

You accept that all risks arising from your use of CRPS, including interpretation and use of forecasts, reports, and outputs, shall be borne by you.

9. Reports and outputs
CRPS is designed to assist users in organizing financial data and generating useful reports and forecasts.

While we aim to ensure that reports generated by the App accurately reflect the data entered into the system, we do not guarantee that all reports, outputs, forecasts, or calculations will always be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing the reports and outputs generated by CRPS before relying on them.

If you identify an error or suspect that a report has been generated incorrectly, you should notify us and we will investigate and correct the issue, if applicable, within a reasonable time.

10. Usage and support

We offer support through :
● chat,
● email, and
● video assistance, where needed

We are not responsible for issues caused directly or indirectly by :
● your own systems,
● your devices,
● your internet connection,
● your browser,
● third-party software or apps installed on your computers or devices, or
● other services outside our control

11. Third-party services
CRPS may require or allow interaction with certain third-party services, including but not limited to payment gateways and tax-related platforms.

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and practices. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or actions of third-party platforms.

12. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CRPS if :
● you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
● you fail to pay applicable fees;
● your use of CRPS creates a security risk;
● we are required to do so by law; or
● we reasonably believe your use is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to us, other users, or the integrity of the Application

Upon termination or expiry of your subscription, your right to access CRPS will end unless renewed.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law :
● CRPS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
● we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access;
● we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on reports or forecasts generated by the Application.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

14. Force majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, server outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, government restrictions, war, labor disputes, or similar force majeure events.

15. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of CRPS after any updated Terms and Conditions become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Sultanate of Oman, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
